Once your players have completed their matches for the week you'll input the scores for both your players' individual matches in addition to the teams' overall scores.
To input the results for the players click "Post Score" which is found near the upper left-hand side of your club page:
You'll now see the screen to post scores - add your scores here! If you're trying to post scores and either of the players doesn't appear, it is likely because they are not a member of your digital club or they didn't successfully complete the event registration. If they didn't register for the event click here to open the registration for them. If they registered for the event, yet are not members of your club's page Contact Universal Tennis Support.
While on the Post Scores page you can add doubles players, specify the match outcome, and select if the match counts for toward the players UTR Ratings. You'll also adjust the date the match was played.
Once you post the score, it will appear on the player profiles within a few minutes and their UTR will update within 24 hours. Keep in mind, the scores might not show as counting towards the players' Verified UTR calculation for up to 7 days while our team reviews and verifies the scores.
