Managing your High School roster on Universal Tennis is easy.
A few things to know before you get started:
- If you used the old score reporting tool (discontinued) much of your roster has already been transferred to your new school page and may need updating.
- You must add your players to your roster before you can post scores for them, including inside dual matches.
- Players must have an account on universaltennis.com in order to be added to your roster.
Great, let's get started!
Once logged in to your account, click the icon in the top right corner of your screen and find your school under Clubs, Teams, & Groups.
Find and click on the team you are looking for. Once on your team page, click the Roster button to view your roster.
Note: If your school was on our previous high school product, you'll see the data here we've migrated over for you.
From the roster tab to manager a player, click the more options button to the right side of the player name to change the graduation year for the player or remove them from the roster.
If you see profiles highlighted with the note Action Required: Complete Profile it means that the player was imported from our old system and data is missing. Click the teal text to fill out their profile so that you can post scores for them in the future.
Pro Tip: In order for you as a coach to enter scores your roster must be complete. A banner will appear at the top of your page if you have incomplete profiles to attend to.
