UTR Sports now offers two subscription levels, Free and Power Players.
Power Players unlock exclusive tools, features, and savings designed to support your tennis journey, whether you're a Competitive junior, college-bound athlete, or active adult player.
What else is Included with a Power Player Subscription?
Power Players get access to premium features across the UTR Sports platform:
- Local Leaderboards & Expanded Rankings
- Get expanded access to local leaderboards, age group rankings, and segment leaderboards that show where you rank relative to peers in your area and beyond.
- College Coach View
- See which college coaches have viewed your UTR Sports profile over the past 12 months. You’ll get:
- Coach names, affiliated schools, and profile photos
- Time since each view (e.g. “<1 week,” “<1 month”)
- A “View All” list of coach views from the past year
- Clickable links to coach and school UTR profiles
- Note: Free users only see a blurred version and total views.
- See which college coaches have viewed your UTR Sports profile over the past 12 months. You’ll get:
- Country-based Pricing
- Prices are shown automatically using your profile location in the web app, and the iOS App Store shows the local price.
- Note: Australia players with a Tennis Australia ID can unlock a special discounted rate.
- College Research Tool
- Explore college tennis programs in one place.
- Search for colleges, view their teams, rosters, and upcoming events; all from one easy-to-use dashboard.
- 2-Decimal Rating Visibility
- See the exact skill level of every player.
- Power Players can view the two-decimal Universal Tennis Rating (UTR Rating) (e.g., 7.43 instead of just 7), giving deeper insight into competitive matchups and recruiting benchmarks.
- Play Verified Events at a Discount
- Power Players register for unlimited Verified UTR Sports Events with no Verified Fee.
- This fee is automatically waived while your subscription is active; saving you money every time you play.

Here’s how you can subscribe via web app:
New to UTR Sports?
- Go to UTRSports.net and click "Join" in the top right corner.
- Follow the steps to create your free account.
- You’ll have the option to upgrade to Power during the signup process.
Already Have an Account?
- You can upgrade any time by following these steps:
- From your UTR Sports homepage, click the "Start Power" button.
- Choose either a monthly or annual subscription.
- Enter your payment details and complete checkout.
Note: Subscriptions automatically renew based on the plan you choose (monthly or yearly). You can manage your subscription anytime from your account settings.
How to Subscribe via the iOS App:
You can subscribe to Power through the UTR iOS app using Apple’s in-app purchase system. Here’s how:
- Open the UTR Sports iOS app and sign in (or create a free account if you haven’t yet).
- In the app, tap the Start Power button on your profile tab.
- Select a subscription plan (monthly or annual).
- Confirm and complete the purchase via App Store or Apple payment methods. Apple will handle billing and renewals.
- The app will reflect your subscription status once the purchase is successful.
Note: You can manage (e.g. cancel or change) your subscription through your Apple ID subscriptions settings (in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions).
Gifting a Power Subscription
Want to give Power as a gift? Here’s how:
- Contact our team here.
- Provide the recipient’s name and email address.
- We'll send you an invoice for a 12-month subscription.
- After payment, we’ll activate the subscription and notify the recipient!
A few things to note:
- Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew.
- Only available for 12-month plans.
- All gifts are non-refundable.
