How to Sign In to UTR Sports with Your Tennis Australia Account

This guide shows players in Australia how to use Sign in with Tennis Australia to get into UTR Sports quickly.

Before you start

• You’ll need your Tennis Australia account email and password.
• If you already use UTR Sports, have your UTR Sports login handy too (just in case).

New to UTR Sports? Start from UTR (Web or iOS)

1. Open the UTR Sports website or iOS app.
2. On the sign up or log in screen, tap Continue with Tennis Australia.

1. Enter your Tennis Australia email and password.
2. You’ll see a page with your details filled in (name, email, date of birth). Review them.
3. Check the boxes to agree to the terms, then tap Confirm.
4. You’re in! Your UTR Sports account is created and linked to your Tennis Australia account.

Coming from a Tennis Australia site.

1. Sign in to your Tennis Australia account.
2. Look for the Activate your UTR Sports account button/link and select it.
3. You’ll land on UTR Sports with your details already filled in.
4. Review your details and tap Confirm.
5. You’re all set. Your UTR Sports account is created and linked.

Already have a UTR Sports account? Link it to Tennis Australia

1. Log in to UTR Sports the way you normally do (email & password or social).
2. Go to Settings > Sign‑in Accounts.
3. Select Link my Tennis Australia Account.

1. Sign in with your Tennis Australia email and password.
2. You’ll see a success message once the link is complete.

For parents setting up a child’s account

1. It’s common for parents to use their own email for a child’s profile.
2. Follow the steps above
3. If you’re asked to pick a player, choose the child’s name you’re setting up.

1. Finish the confirmation screen and tap Confirm.

Note: If more than one child uses your email, make sure you select the correct child. Each child will have their own player profile.

Common things that might pop up (and how to fix them)

Q: “There’s already a UTR account with this email.”
A: Sign in to UTR Sports the way you originally created your account (email/password). After you’re in, go to Settings > Sign‑in Accounts and select Link my Tennis Australia Account.

Q: “I forgot my Tennis Australia password.”
A: Use the Forgot password link on the Tennis Australia sign‑in page to reset it, then try again.

Q: “I’m a parent and I see more than one player.”
A: Pick the correct child’s name to continue. If you choose the wrong one, sign out and repeat the steps.

Q: “My Tennis Australia email is different from my UTR Sports email.”
A: That’s okay. First, sign in to UTR Sports the way you normally do. Then link your Tennis Australia account from Settings > Sign‑in Accounts.
