Rally is an interactive chatbot available to UTR Sports Power Players. It provides personalized explanations of verified singles UTR ratings, insights into match history, performance trends, and custom event recommendations.
What Rally can do
Rally can provide:
- Rating explanations: information about a player’s current verified singles rating and what factors have influenced recent rating changes
- Match history insights: a summary of recent verified singles results and how they relate to rating movement
- Event recommendations: suggestions for UTR events that may align with the player’s rating and recent activity
- Basic UTR education: general information about the UTR system, including the difference between verified and unverified results
Limitations
- Rally currently analyzes only verified singles results. It does not provide analysis for double results or unverified match results.
- Rally responses are based on historical data available in the player’s UTR Sports profile.
How to access Rally
Rally is available through a chat widget on the UTR Sports website and app for eligible Power Players. To use Rally:
- Log in to your UTR Sports account.
- Tap or click on the Search bar.
- Open the widget labeled “Chat with Rally.”
- Type your question or prompt.
- Review the information provided or follow links to relevant Support articles if additional context is needed.
Rally is only available to Power Subscribers. To access Rally and other Power Subscriber features, Upgrade to Power within your UTR account.
