This can often be a browser-based roadblock. No worries, though, we have some quick troubleshooting steps! As a first step, trying to clear your browser cookies should solve the issue. If you need to reset your password:
You can reset your password on our site by clicking here and then entering your email address for your account. Make sure this is the email address you used to sign up for Universal Tennis, otherwise you won't receive an email resetting your password. Once you have received the email to reset your password, please click the link in the email. You will then be directed to the page where you can change your password.
Pro Tip: If you don't see the password reset email in your email inbox, be sure to check the Spam/Junk folder - depending upon your email settings, it could automatically filter there.
