How to Edit Your Profile

Name Change:

If you're looking to change the name on a player profile, the first thing you need to do is make sure you have activated the player profile (Click here for information on activating a player profile). Now, log in to your profile using your e-mail and password credentials. Once logged in, click on the green tennis ball in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click Profile on the side tab that appears, which is the main menu. You will then be sent to your player profile, as in the photo below. Next, click Edit Profile.

Once you are on the edit profile page, as shown in the below photo, you will be able to change the name on the player profile. 

Now click Save and you will see the name correctly displayed on the player profile!

Hint: Please allow 24 hours for our system to update your player profile name on all other Universal Tennis pages.

Profile Photo Change: 

While logged in to your profile, click the green tennis ball at the top right corner of the Universal Tennis page. Click Profile on the side tab that appears in the drop-down main menu. 

Next, hover your cursor over the icon to the left of the 'Edit Profile' button, then click the icon. You will then see a pop up prompting you to upload a photo from your computer documents.

Select the photo you would like to use for your profile photo, you can resize it using the size slider. Center your photo to ensure it properly displays your image. Then click Save to complete uploading the photo to the player profile. 

Awesome, you’ve successfully updated your profile photo! You will now see your profile photo uploaded as shown below.

Location/Flag Change: 

If you'd like to change the Location or Flag shown on your profile, make sure you are logged into your profile. Once on your profile page, click Edit Profile.  

From the edit profile page, you will be able to type in the Residence field which shows up as the location on the player profile at the top by your photo and the Nationality field, which shows up as the flag on the player profile.

Congrats, you’ve now changed your Residence (Location listed under your name) and your NationalityIf you find that you still don't see the city listed or the flag, please reach out to us here.
