If you played in a UTR Sports event, it typically takes up to 7 days after the event has ended for your match results to appear on your UTR Sports player profile.
For example, if you played your match on Friday the 1st and the UTR Sports event ended on Monday the 3rd, your results should appear on your profile by Monday the 10th at the latest.
What if my results are posted but not showing on my profile?
If your results have been posted by the event but are not showing on your UTR Sports profile after 7 days, please reach out here with a link to the posted event results. Our team can review the results and investigate further.
Note: If you are participating in multiple matches in an ongoing UTR Sports event, other completed matches from different events may appear on your profile before the current event is complete.
What if my score is incorrect?
If you submitted a correction for an incorrect score, our Data team typically reviews and processes these within 48 hours.
