One of the scores on my profile is wrong or missing. What do I do?


If a match score on your profile is incorrect or duplicated, the steps to fix it will depend on how the score was originally added, either through an imported source (like USTA or ITF) or from a UTR Sports-hosted event.

Missing/Incorrect Scores from UTR Sports Events

Please contact the Coach or Event Provider to ensure they can enter or update the score. You can always find their information on the overview tab of the event. If they need assistance doing so, send them our way and we'll assist!

Missing/Incorrect Scores from Imported List

These are matches pulled into UTR Sports from external organizations such as USTA, ITF, TenUp, etc. Currently, we import scores from the following list

Missing a Score?

If a match result is not showing on your profile but should be, send us a note with the following details:

  • Your full name and UTR Sports profile link
  • Opponent’s name
  • Match date and event/tournament name
  • A link to the published results and a screenshot, if available

Score is Incorrect or Duplicate?

If a score appears on your profile but is incorrect or duplicated, you can now report it directly from the match scorecard. To get started:

  • Go to your UTR Sports profile.
  • Scroll to your match history and open the scorecard for the match you'd like to report.
  • Click or tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top corner of the scorecard.
  • Choose one of the following options:
    • Incorrect Score
    • Duplicate Score
  • You’ll see a confirmation message that your request has been received.

Note: For incorrect score, a prompt will appear asking you to provide a URL where the correct score can be verified. This could be a link to an official tournament page, results page, or screenshot hosted online.


Missing/Incorrect from USTA Results

Here are a few notes when the missing/incorrect scores are from a USTA Tournament/League:

  • UTR Sports syncs with USTA results daily (every 24 hours).
  • If your result has recently been corrected on the USTA site, please allow a day for it to reflect on your UTR profile.
  • Only submit a correction request after confirming the USTA site has the updated score.
