When you’re ready to post match results, you’ll now see new match outcomes available from your event desk. These outcomes help you accurately record matches that don’t finish in the standard way.
Match Outcomes
Outcome | Definition |
| Double Walkover | Both players or teams withdraw before the match starts. This can happen due to injuries, scheduling conflicts, or mutual agreement. No games are played. |
| Abandoned Match | The match is canceled due to external factors outside the players’ control, such as severe weather, court issues, or equipment failure. It will not be rescheduled, and any partial scores do not count. |
| Default (With Score Posted) | Expands the existing Default outcome to cover matches that started but could not finish due to a default (e.g., player withdrawal mid-match). Only applicable when games have already been played. |
