UTR Pro Tennis Tour (PTT) events are now designated as Annual Power Only events. This means players must have an active Annual Power membership to register.
If you attempt to register for one of these events without an Annual Power membership, you’ll be prompted to upgrade before completing registration.
What happens if I already have a Monthly Power subscription?
If you currently have a Monthly Power subscription, you can still upgrade to Annual Power during registration.
Your remaining monthly subscription time is not lost.
When you upgrade:
- Your unused monthly subscription time is credited toward your Annual Power membership
- Your annual renewal date is automatically adjusted based on your remaining time
Why is Annual Power required for PTT events?
Annual Power memberships include additional benefits intended for competitive players participating in premium events, including:
- Two-decimal UTR Ratings and advanced analytics
- Global Privileges travel and hotel benefits
- Partner discounts and exclusive offers
Why can’t I upgrade on my current device?
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be upgraded on the same platform where the subscription originally started.
How do I upgrade to Annual Power?
Upgrade via Web
- Sign in to your UTR Sports account at UTRSports.net.
- Open your subscription page by clicking your profile icon at the top right.
- Upgrade your subscription: Select the Upgrade & Save option.
- Confirm your upgrade and enter payment information if prompted. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your annual subscription.
- Once the upgrade is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message with your new plan.
Upgrade via Mobile App
- Open the UTR Sports app and make sure you’re signed in to the latest version.
- Tap your profile icon in the bottom right, then tap the gear icon at the top right to access your account settings.
- Tap My Subscription to view your device’s subscription, then select UTR Sports.
- On the Edit Subscription page, tap See All Plans and choose the Annual Power subscription. Apple will handle billing and renewals.
- Once your purchase is successful, your subscription status will be updated in the app.
I upgraded but still cannot register
If you recently upgraded and still cannot register:
- Refresh the page or reopen the app
- Confirm you are logged into the correct account
- Allow a few minutes for the subscription update to process
