If one or more of your match results are missing from your UTR Sports profile, don't worry. The steps to fix it will depend on how the score was originally added, either through an imported source (like USTA or ITF) or from a UTR Sports-hosted event.
Missing Scores from UTR Sports Events
Please contact the Coach or Event Provider to ensure they can enter or update the score. You can always find their information on the overview tab of the event. If they need assistance doing so, send them our way and we'll assist!
Missing Scores from Imported List
These are matches pulled into UTR Sports from external organizations such as USTA, ITF, TenUp, etc. Currently, we import scores from the following list.
Before submitting a ticket, if none of your singles results appear on your profile, we recommend checking whether they were imported to a duplicate player profile instead.
Use the Player Search to search for your full name. If you don't find another profile, try searching for variations of your name (for example, including or excluding a middle name or initial, using a nickname, or checking for alternate spellings).
If you find another profile that belongs to you and contains your missing results, please submit a Profile Merge request instead of a missing score ticket.
