Additional Reminder for Providers
When setting up an event, providers have the option to include a withdrawal fee, which applies when a player withdraws from all event divisions. Here are key points to keep in mind:
- Withdrawal fees can only be added if player entry fees are enabled, and the withdrawal fee must always be lower than the entry fee.
- The withdrawal fee only applies if the player withdraws from all registered event divisions within the event.
- Once a participant has registered, the withdrawal fee amount cannot be changed for that event.
Setting a withdrawal fee helps account for administrative costs when players decide to withdraw, but make sure to set it appropriately based on your event structure.
