If your DOB is incorrect, please contact our support team and provide the following:
- A photo ID that shows your photo, name, and date of birth (day, month, year)
- Please block out any personal details other than your name, photo, and full DOB.
If you do not have a formal ID. You may instead provide:
- A photo ID of your parent or guardian, showing only their name and photo (please block out all other details).
- The correct date of birth (day, month, year) of the player is in your message.
Once we receive and verify the ID, we’ll update the DOB on your behalf.
Note: We’re unable to process DOB updates without the proper identification as outlined above.
