UTR Sports offers several marketing support options that you can utilize to help spread the word, educate your members, and share highlights from your event. Below is a breakdown of what we offer:
UTR STANDARD MARKETING OFFERING (Available to all event organizers and clubs)
- Targeted E-Mails: Our Marketing Team sends out UTR Sports Event Alert emails featuring all upcoming events. These emails are distributed by state and will be sent out 2-4 weeks before your event registration deadline. To ensure your event is included, keep it public and set a registration close date within two weeks. For example, suppose your event is on August 8th-9th with a registration close date of August 6th. In that case, this event will be featured in our mailers on July 23rd and July 30th, provided the registration is open before July 23rd.
- Order Banners & Swag: Visit the UTR Pro Shop to order banners, t-shirts, hats and more. Please allow 4 weeks for custom orders.
- Educate Your Players on UTR: Help get your players up to speed on UTR by sharing the What is UTR video and article.
- Share Your Event Link: Send players the direct link to your event homepage to have them register for the event.
