Managing Players in the Same Session

This article pertains to Providers wanting to move players across teams in the same session.

First, you’ll need to locate the player. From the home page of your League Desk, click the “Manage” button on the conference and session the player registered for. Once you are on the session page, navigate to the Players tab and select which team the player belongs to from the drop-down list.

From here, you can do the following actions:

Move Player Across Team

To transfer a player from another team, click the 3 dots on the right side of the player and select “Move to Team”. Select from the drop-down list which team the player will transfer to and hit the submit button.

Place Player to more than One Team

You can place the same player into more than one team by clicking the 3 dots on the right side and selecting “Copy to Team”. You can select as many teams as you’d like to place the player from the drop-down list and hit the submit button.

Pro-tip: Tick the box next to the “Substitute Player” if you need the player as a substitute from the other team.

Make a Player a Substitute/Rostered 

You also have the option to move players to and from the substitute or roster list. To do this, click the 3 dots on the right side of the player and select “Mark as Rostered” to transfer the player from the substitute list or select “Mark as Substitute” to move the player from the rostered list.
