How do I update my availability?

To update player availability on UTR Sports, you will need to have an account on the UTR website or app. Here's a general guideline before updating player availability on UTR: 

  • Create an Account: If you haven't already, you need to create an account on the UTR website or download the UTR app and sign up for an account. 
  • Log In: Once you have your account set up, log in to the UTR website or app using your credentials. 
  • Navigate to Profile: After you’ve logged in, head to the top right of the page and click on your player profile. You can select your league under "Team Tennis" to be able to update your availability.


Within your Team Management profile, there will be an option to update your availability for matches, tournaments, or other events. This will be presented as a side menu on each match where you can mark your availability for specific dates or times. 

Note: Only captains will be able to see when each player is available or unavailable. 

After making the necessary updates to your availability, make sure to save your changes. This ensures that your updated availability is recorded in the UTR system.

Pro-tip: It's a good idea to double-check your updated availability to ensure that the changes were saved correctly.

If your availability changes in the future, you can follow the same steps to update it on the UTR platform.
